To encourage young girls to pursue a career in aviation and tip the scale of women in the air, as pilots, crew and leaders in the aviation industry.

Our goal by sharing stories of women who have achieved their dreams in spite of obstacles, is to inspire others with that PASSION and commitment to believe that they too can achieve their wildest DREAMS.
